happy halloweenie!

I hope everyone had a great weekend celebrating All Hallow's Eve! this is the first year EVER that I didn't dress up in costume for Halloween. hubs & I decided to treat ourselves to a little date night instead. we got all fancied up and had a romantic dinner at Ruth's Chris. it was DELICIOUS (as always) and it was so nice to get out and spend a little alone time together, considering we don't see much of each other these days.

of course I didn't get a picture of the both of us (he hates pictures... party pooper), but I did get a picture of my outfit. not pictured are my hot ass argyle tights and sexy black pumps.

you've probably seen this dress before, because it is my go-to LBD that I pretty much wear for all special occasions, haha.

I spent all day Sunday cleaning/decluttering the house in preparation for my Scentsy party next weekend. it's the first time I've really had a big group of people over, so I want the house to be in tip top shape. I think I need to throw parties more often, because it is a GREAT motivator to deep cleaning/decorating the house.

of course, I also took some time to cuddle this cute guy...

tonight I'll be in my drawing class (with a nude model) until 9 or so, so I won't be celebrating Halloween at ALL this year. we don't get trick-or-treaters at our house anyway, so it's not such a big deal. I definitely missed dressing up, but nothing beats a date night with the coolest guy EVAH.
